So, growing a baby and building the hormones necessary for the hard work of labor and breastfeeding is dependent upon the food you eat and the minerals that come into your body.
Here is an amazing recipe to seriously boost the necessary minerals...and it tastes delish!
Seaweed Nut Crunch
1/3c Coconut Oil
1/2c Maple syrup
1c sliced almonds
1c sesame seeds
6 sheets of Nori
1 tsp soyu
Preheat oven to 350
Pour coconut oil and maple syrup into a large skillet
Bring to a frothy boil add almonds and stir. Then stir in sesame seeds and pieces of nori
Sprinkle in shoyu
Continue stirring until everything is coated.
Pour into one layer on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 min
Let cool and enjoy.
